Contact Messages

When you use the contact form, we receive your message and any email address or Discord username you choose to provide. These contact details are optional. We use this information to review your message and respond to your inquiry.

Amazon Web Services processes and delivers contact-form submissions to our contact inbox. Messages and replies remain in that mailbox until deleted. You can contact us to request deletion of your correspondence.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form against spam and automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical information, including IP address and browser or device signals, for this verification. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

To prevent duplicate sends and limit abuse, we keep temporary submission identifiers, message fingerprints, delivery status, verification-token fingerprints, keyed IP-address fingerprints with submission-attempt times, and sending counters. These records do not contain your message text, email address, or Discord username. We do not store raw IP addresses in these records. IP-address fingerprints and attempt times expire one hour after the last permitted attempt. Verification-token fingerprints expire after ten minutes. Duplicate checks last 24 hours; counters expire after three days. Expired database records may take additional time to be deleted automatically.

The form does not send message text or contact details to Google Analytics. Operational logs are configured for seven-day retention and the form code does not log message contents or contact details.

We use the data we collect to provide and maintain our website and services, respond to your inquiries and requests, analyze website usage and improve our services, enforce our terms and policies, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your information for improper purposes.
